It’s the kind of part you don’t think about until you need it, but this guard fits perfectly around the burner and has already caught way more drips than I expected. I’ve had flare-ups before from falling debris, and now I don’t worry about that at all.
The fit around the burner is snug and exactly what I needed to keep grease and stray food from clogging things up mid-cook. It sat right into place without any fiddling, which I wasn't expecting from a spare part.
Installed it in about two minutes and it sits perfectly around the burner, so cleanup after a messy cook is way less stressful. That gap-closing design really does keep stray bits of food and ash from getting underneath where they’re a pain to reach.
