煙突は、オーブン室内の排気を引き出すために使用されます。煙突が長いほど、排気の引きが良くなります。これにより、薪で調理する際にオーブン外面に煤が付着するのを軽減します。
DomeおよびDome S1に対応。

I wasn't sure how much a flue would actually help, but the way it channels the smoke away from the oven has made cooking outside so much more comfortable. The airflow improvement is noticeable right away, and it’s easy to set up too.
The draft on my grill finally stopped swirling around my face—this thing really does pull the smoke straight up and out. Airflow through the oven feels noticeably stronger too, so the fire breathes better without me having to fiddle with the door. Set it on top and forgot about it, honestly.
Cooking with the oven door open used to leave a haze in my eyes, but this flue extension really does pull the smoke right up and out. The improved airflow is noticeable from the first fire — the draw feels stronger and the soot buildup on the dome has dropped way down.
