Roccbox専用に設計されたピザピール。プロ仕様の軽量ピザピールで、Roccboxへの生地や調理トレーの出し入れに最適です。硬質アルマイト加工を施したアルミニウム製で、業務用の大型ピザピールとまったく同じ設計です。
片側がテーパー加工されており、焼き菓子やパンの下に簡単に差し込めます。穴あき加工により、ピザを作る際に余分な粉を落とせます。また、焼き上がった食品の蒸気を逃がし、よりサクサクした食感に仕上げます。ノンスティック表面により、ピールと熱い石の床の間でスムーズに移せます。
The aluminum build is noticeably lighter than my old wooden peel, so sliding it under a stretched dough feels effortless. It fits the Roccbox opening perfectly, and I’ve stopped wrestling with the pizza tray entirely.
The handle is long enough that I never have to lean awkwardly into the oven, and the aluminum slides right under a stretched dough without sticking. I’m honestly surprised how easy it makes loading and flipping the pizza.
Slid the dough right off the aluminum surface and into the Roccbox without a single tear — the light weight makes maneuvering in and out of the dome effortless. Handles the 500°F heat from the oven opening just fine, and cleanup is a quick wipe. This is the peel I wish I’d bought from day one.
