Installed it in under five minutes and the snug fit gives me peace of mind during storms. The metal feels sturdy enough to handle wind without rattling. Nice to have a backup cap on hand for when I need to swap out the original.
Snapped right onto the existing flue pipe without any fuss, and the metal is nice and thick. The dome shape does a great job channeling water away, so I'm not worried about moisture getting in anymore.
Was tired of rain getting into the stove when we weren't using it, and this cap fits snugly without any gaps. The way it just slides right onto the flue makes setup a breeze.
