The Torx key included in the kit made the swap a five-minute job, and the new dial clicks into place perfectly. It’s exactly the same as the original part, so no surprises there. Glad I grabbed a spare instead of replacing the whole tread.
I was nervous about replacing the dial housing myself, but the kit includes everything needed and the Torx key fit perfectly. The new dial clicks into place with a satisfying snap, just like the original did when I first got the machine.
The dial snaps back in with a clean, firm click, and the housing is a perfect match for the original. Having the Torx key right in the kit saved me a trip to the toolbox, so the whole swap took under five minutes.
