Pá de Virar Venture

I’ve been using this peel to pivot 12” pies in and out of my Arc Lite, and the handle gives me way better leverage than my old wooden one. The blade slides under the crust cleanly without tearing, which makes turning mid-bake a total breeze.

The blade is wide enough that I can slide it under a full 12-inch pie without any toppings catching, and the handle gives me solid control when I’m rotating it in the dome. It’s become my go-to for launching and turning, no wobble or flex even when the pizza is loaded.

Took a 12-inch pizza straight off the stone and onto the board without breaking the crust—the 12" width gives you real leeway. It pairs perfectly with my existing setup, and the handle feels solid and balanced.
