The airtight seal is the standout—I can actually see the dough rise better than when I used a bowl with plastic wrap. The pressure release valve is a small touch but it makes a real difference.
The airtight seal plus that pressure release valve means I can actually leave dough out overnight without babysitting it. Temperature gauge is a nice touch too—one glance and I know it’s in the right zone.
Proofing is finally stress-free with the airtight seal and pressure valve working exactly as they should, my doughs have never risen so consistently. Even the temperature gauge, which I thought was just a gimmick, actually helped me adjust my kitchen spot for the perfect 75°F environment. Best money
