The stainless steel inner core gives it just the right amount of firmness—my last scraper flopped around like wet cardboard. It glides under the dough and lifts it cleanly from the bowl every single time.
I’ve used scrapers that bend too much or too little, but this one has just the right tension thanks to the steel core inside the silicone. It gets every bit of dough out of the bowl without sticking, and the handle feels sturdy in my palm. Cleanup is a quick rinse and it’s ready for the next batch.
